This is a lovely globular hobnail cut glass scent bottle with a screw-on silver top which is hallmarked for Birmingham 1905. The maker's mark is rubbed.
The top is beautifully chased and engraved with a blank cartouche and no damage. The silver collar bears a lion passant and the year letter e. The top screws on and off as it should. The original stopper is present and just has a tiny sliver of the base, which is not seen when in place. The glass bottle is beautifully cut and crystal clear with no damage. This bottle stands 4'' or 10cm tall.
This is a lovely item for a collector of antique perfume bottles and would also be a unique gift to display on a dressing-table.
