Beautiful antique cranberry glass vase on clear shell foot and rim

This is a superb Victorian cranberry glass vase , standing on five shell feet and with a clear shell rim, all of which is in perfect undamaged condition. The vase stands about 8'' / 20cm tall and would date from around 1880. There is a rough pontil mark on the base and a few small bubbles and striations in the glass in keeping with its age.

This is a wonderful item for any collector of antique cranberry glass.
