This is a good quality Victorian silver spinner fob set with bloodstone on one side and chalcedony on the other. It is in good condition and rotates freely without being loose in the engraved frame. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1898. It could be worn on a watch chain or as a pendant.

The diameter is 23mm wide across the frame.
