All purchases must be paid in full before despatch. Payment may be online by debit or credit card through Paypal, by sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank account, by postal order or by cash on collection (by appointment only).Payment is requested within 7 days of ordering an item.  Cheques may have to clear before an item is despatched.

Any purchase which does not meet with your requirements may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided it is received back in the condition in which it was despatched. Please notify me within 7 days of your intention to return an item.

All items in the UK are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are therefore insured against loss in the post. Overseas purchases are posted by Royal Mail International Signed-for Airmail or Airsure depending on the destination and are also insured against loss. I package all items very carefully using good quality packaging and have never had an item damaged in transit, no matter how fragile.

I will reply to all e-mail enquiries promptly and certainly within 24 hours . I cannot however be held responsible for any delay due to failure of my internet connection. I am happy to take telephone enquiries from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday - you should usually be able to contact me on the mobile number or can leave a message on the answer service for the landline if no reply and I will return your call as soon as possible.
